Applications:

The LASH throat mic’s elastic strap fits to your neck like a bow tie and the receive signal travels through the coiled tube to a skeleton earmold so that peripheral hearing is not obstructed. This design compliments the use of any combination of air masks, balaclavas and helmets. For hazmat applications, LASH stays put and will not slip and slide when you perspire.

The LASH throat mic is unaffected by loud ambient noise. You can stand directly under a helicopter and other radios will hear you not the helicopter.

Because the chest mounted press to talk switches have front surface action, users with thick, heavy gloves need only depress the front of the switch with any thing to key the radio. LASH is weatherproof and heat resistant to 125°F.

The LASH headset provides optimum portable radio communication because the throat mic will not interfere with gas or SCBA masks and Hazmat suits. LASH works on practically all portable radios. There is an optional interface to fire truck intercoms.
