Generic Specifications:
The single earphone headset will provide a noise canceling, adjustable boom microphone — either electret or dynamic — and its ear shell will have openings to provide maximum peripheral hearing. The headset will remain securely in place during aggressive action.
For explosive entry applications, the headset ear shell will accommodate active or passive hearing protection muffs so that radio communications and protection from concussion are achieved simultaneously.

Communication Options for gas mask: Boom arm and gas mask adapter to interface boom arm microphone to your gas mask.

Press to talk switches type D and S can be supplied as an integral part of LITE 2.

Alternatively, LITE 2 can be supplied as two components — as a headset with a quick disconnect plug a lower cordset. Sniper fingertip switches and HA-HO switches are also available.

One version of the Lower Cordset with two PTT buttons for simultaneous operation of two radios.

For high ambient noise applications, LITE 2 can be supplied with two earphones wired in series.

LITE 2 headsets are weatherproof and able to withstand exposure to rain, snow humidity and temperatures to –20°c.
