MICH I | Legacy Communciation Suite

The Legacy MICH-M Communications Suite is compatible with a wide variety of radio and intercom platforms and mission profiles when configured with the correct combination of components. The simplified kit consists of the High Noise Headset (HTH), Low Noise Headset (Eagle), PTT switch (E3-MK-REV3A), Single radio cable for 20M MBITR (MK/MK-48). The USMC Variant also has a Breakaway (Lemo) connector on the HTH and on the Eagle (AP-107) which require additional cables that help meet your mission requirements.

The MICH Maritime Eagle and Slimgard 3-piece systems are compatible with one or two simultaneously connected PRC radios including, but not limited to, the PRC148 (MBITR), PRC117, PRC119, PSC-5, LST5/KY-57, and most military radios that use a 5 or 6-pin audio connectors.

Using special adapter cables, this system will also interface to one or two MX300, MASHER, and SABER families of radio as well as SOF aircraft intercom systems including MH/AH-6, MH-60K/L, MH-47D/E, MH-53, MC-130 aircraft.

The MICH SWCC version is compatible with any one of the above systems as well as boat-crew intercom systems such as the VIC-3/WSQ-8. This version is also compatible with the VIC-3/PBL and TDIS intercoms if alternate cables are used.
